We are so excited to officially start building your firm’s growth system.

This page includes everything you need to complete before your onboarding call so our team can move quickly, stay organized, and begin building a strong foundation for your firm brand, personal brand, content, website presence, visibility, and client growth.

Step 1: Record Your Intro Videos

Before your onboarding call, please use the link below to record the requested videos.

These videos help us better understand your firm, your voice, your personality, your practice areas, your ideal clients, your audience, and the way you naturally communicate.

You do not need to be perfect. We actually do not want perfect. Nobody will see these videos except our team.

We just want real, clear, and authentic, so we can build a brand strategy that sounds like you and supports your firm’s growth.

*We need these videos recorded for any team member whose personal brand we will be working on

Step 2: Get Your Logins Ready

We will need access to a few platforms as we begin setting up your firm’s growth system.

Please do not submit any passwords through this page. Instead, please have the following login information ready for your onboarding call, if applicable:

LinkedIn personal profile login
LinkedIn firm page access
Instagram login, if this account is used for the firm or a professional personal brand
TikTok login, if this account is used for the firm or a professional personal brand

Website login

Google Business Profile access
Google Analytics access
Google Search Console access
Email marketing platform access
CRM access, if applicable
For YouTube, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, and any other shared business platforms, we will walk you through safely granting our team access during your onboarding call.
This only applies to accounts or pages used for your firm, your marketing, or your professional personal brand. We do not need access to personal accounts used only for friends and family.

During onboarding, we will go over the safest and easiest way to give our team the access we need to begin building and managing your growth system.

Step 3: Schedule Your Onboarding Call

Your onboarding call is a 60-minute strategy call where we will go over everything we need to start building your firm’s growth plan.

Please schedule your onboarding call using the link below. Once you schedule, you will receive the meeting link we will use that day.

You will also receive a welcome email 24 hours before your onboarding call with important details and reminders.

Moving forward, all client communication from our team will come from: chat@legalgrowthpartners.com. Please make sure this email address is saved to your contacts so you do not miss important updates from our team.

You do not need to log in to anything before onboarding. We will walk through portal access together during the call.
You will also receive access to your client portal during onboarding. Your portal is where we will keep your key links, project updates, content calendar, upcoming tasks, important resources, and next steps organized in one place.

Step 5: Know What’s Coming Next With Media Day

Your media day will typically take place about 8 weeks after you sign on. This gives our team time to complete your onboarding, review your intro videos, build your firm and personal brand messaging, develop your content strategy, review your online presence, and make sure we walk into media day with a clear plan.

During media day, we will capture professional video content that can be turned into short-form videos for your firm and personal brand. The goal is to create content that helps people understand who you are, what your firm does, how you think, who you help, and why they should remember you.

You do not need to come with a full script. Our team will help guide the questions, prompts, topics, and direction so you feel prepared and confident on camera. If other attorneys or team members will be part of your firm’s content, we will talk through that during onboarding and help build the plan around who should be featured.

As we get closer to your media day, we will send you everything you need to know, including what to wear, what to expect, and how to prepare.

Step 6: Come Ready to Talk Through Your Firm’s Growth

This call is where we start turning your experience, your firm’s strengths, your services, your story, and your expertise into a growth plan that people can understand and remember.

You do not need to have all the answers before the call. That is what we are here for.

Just come ready to talk through who you are, what your firm does, who you help, what makes your firm different, what you want to be known for, and where you want the firm to grow.
